We are looking for care staff for the elderly home Sudergården for the summer of 2026.

We are looking for someone who can work nights from June to August.

Sudergården is a residence for 30 people located in Burgsvik on southern Gotland.

If you are a person who sees and understands the needs of others, is caring, and interested in working with the elderly, you may be the right person for us.

Job Responsibilities:

As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you are responsible for providing our residents with good care and support of high quality in accordance with what has been agreed upon in the individually set implementation plan. This includes, among other things:

• Personal care and support
• Utilizing the resident's own resources
• Documentation
• Delegated healthcare tasks

Qualifications:

Completed or ongoing training as a nursing assistant or care assistant is an advantage, as well as experience in elderly care.

You are responsible and engaged in your work and want to work with the resident at the center. You can work at a varying pace and want to create meaningful days for those who live with us.

You have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

You are a good colleague and team member with a strong work ethic.
